1/ Open Forum
TB Chair gave best wishes to Councillor Rogers
PC Somerfield went through the September Police report that had I Crime and 4 ASB
There is ongoing work with MCAP re youth alcohol issues and there is a meeting fri.
He then went over Policing policy after the recent letter to PCC. Now 3 Special Constables + 3 PCSO and a dedicated Patrol Officer based in Shrewsbury
This gave extra resources as did the new powers for Specials and PCSO
He had an extra area Bowbrook & Porthill but they had not had an impact so far
He thought the changes had been good changes

Laura betton gave a presentation about neighbourhood standards at Sevenside
She asked what involvement does the Parish Council want. Clerk asked that Council info should be put in document. Clerk nominated as Council representative with Sevenside

D Jones enquired about the recent corres he had had after attending SAMDEV meeting in Pontesbury, which resulted in a discussion about proper? Consulation and Internet access

a) Square

Clerk went over quote for new GRIPPITnoticeboard and it was agreed this should be ordered if it was confirmed with Mullers that they sponsor up to 1000. NA said he could install. Header Minsterley PC sponsored by Muller.
2 quotes for tidy of bus shelters, T Bishton to be asked to do work

No 74 near to Toll House out after recent repair to adjacent light
Outside 10/9 Callow Cres near roundabout out

Clerk went over research into natural play. It was Agreed that Clerk NA & PT liaise over Hanwood & Pontesbury equipment and in meantime Clerk to apply for Sect 106 money

Callow Lane planting, foliage not available til Feb, GB & NA to liase over planting (Act GB & NA)

6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways

Clerk had not heard from M Hodnet about sighn cleaning he is to pursue (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths

c) Flooding

TB stated that he had got money approved for funding corrections to alleviate
Discussion about use of spoil could not be resolved.

Clerk stated Audit by Mazars external audit complete.
Payments for 2 lights fixes required. It was agreed to pay first but to see if the second was anything to do with problem now encountered with adjacent light therefore cheque 566 cancelled.
