1/ Open Forum
Resident went into issues with late night/early morning fireworks on night of 28/10/18. Seemingly large display, Laws say must be before 23:00NH suggested letter to S Council Environment.
This led to a quick discussion on the perils of internet commentary.
There had been some youth ASB at woods owned by D Jones led to an Oak being felled.
51 Willow PK had an issue with insurance due to flood risk. D Jones had appraised them of flood forum and also went over flood issues in Little Minsterley.
GR left for appt
Police report 9 ASB, 6 Assault, Veh Crime 2, Burg Dwelling 2, RTI 6, 1 Crim damage, Suspicious activity 4, PCSO said crime incidents down. BB raised issue with detail.

a) Square
T Bishton had done planting and tidying in square. Shropshire pressure washers had cleaned square, and also offered to sponsor planting. To be thanked. Discussion around urinal, P Stealey looking at gate solution.

b) Playing field
Discussion about new development entry to playing field and hedge removalWrite to planning to raise issue
GR returned

c) Street lights
Parish Light 31 Plox Green rd contractor to be asked for details of unable to fix. Parish light 50 waiting for WPD fix.
3 highway lights :- Opposite The Laurels Station rd, Outside Batch Mews, Outside Parish Hall. These had been reported prev, to be reported again and NH copied in. 2 Sevenside lights appear out SL to inf Clerk of contact.

d) Footpaths
Clerk to look into spray paint re dog foul.

e) Play areas
Black pour problem waiting for contractor to fix.
Councillors had visited and had defective adult equipment removed for possible fix.

f) De Fib

6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways
Bus timetable required at Plox Green, John Jones Minst Motors to be approached.
BT have visited Horsebridge re low cables.
Request Maple Dr footpath cleared of green algae before winter to avoid slip hazard. Copy to NH. Request Salt bins be filled.
Waterwheel/Wagbeach Tracey Russel had looked at to be persued for action.
Thanks to agencies for smooth organise of road issues at Hall Bank

Barytes mill nettles growing onto path, to be monitored for spring

c) Other SC items/Flooding
Discussed in Open forum.
Vermin in Housing assoc properties sorted by NH.
Discussion around CIL money, no decision as yet by Shrops Council

Discussion of issues around development at Little Minsterley. Planning to be asked for updated position.

Council asked to consider budget requirements for 2019-20,
Council voted to increase precept by 1000 to 19500 to cover perceived increase in expenditure.Pro BB Sec GB.
