1/ Open Forum
PC Somerfield went over crime report, still low in area, Cat shot at, Crim damage, public order, 4 asb, theft.
There were routine patrols and also unmarked car patrols, he asked that any issues be reported via 101, concern over burglaries in adjacent area.
Mr Jones asked for update on flooding linden fields, no reply from Tim Rogers, to be persued.
Warning of internet scam using visionweb to be warned on web site

a) Square
T Bishton has replanted and carried various garden tidying duties. There is a problem with listed urinal, can we ask planning if we can carry out repairs.
Issue with bus shelters to be monitored.
D Moss gave contribution for remembrance flowers to be thanked.
MD to lay wreath at service on Sunday, Council to manage.
b) Playing field
Bordering hedges need cutting BMX strim? (Act Clerk)

c) Street lights
Parish lights out 67, 74
Both have power issues, Clerk to liaise with contractors (Act Clerk)

d) Footpaths
Dog mess left in bag o/s 44/46 longleat will be looked into by J Salisbury.
Spring bulbs agreed to purchase 1000 and have planted
The hedging on the boundary of the longleat bungalows and parish hall needs cutting as well as boundary with Callow cres (Sevenside)
The footpath as Linden fields not finished but residents are in (Act Clerk)

e) Play areas
Vegetation growing through fencing and encroaching on play area at Callow Cres. Could it be strimmed on far side of the fence,
Swing seat broken to be looked at by NA
2 places to be booked on ROSPA course in Feb (Act Clerk)


6/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways
The hedge on right hand side of Grove needs cutting can highways write to landowner to ask that it is done.
Hedging on Leigh road near Middle Farm are overgrown and obstructing view of roadway on bends (Act Clerk)
PT has o/s issue with access to island from A488 to A5 he is to contact MP

b) Footpaths
Footpath at Linden fields not complete/blocked

c) Flooding/Youth provision
No flood update, D Fairclough said Youth provision solution had gone to cabinet for decision(Act Clerk)

8/ Planning
16/04422/OUT Plox Green garage demolished and 1 dwelling- approved
16/04745/OUT Hall Cott part demolish and 2 dwellings erected approved
16/04801/ADV Signage at Co Op approved with comments about obstructed view
13/03334/OUT variation to remove sect 106 element - object
Could we ask again for a reply about watercourse maintenance at Linden Fields?
