1/ Open Forum

A complaint was received about the road surface in Callow Cres after a drain had been installed that meant there was often flooding
Residents attended the meeting to complain about the new development at Orchid Meadow, and the way it affects the residents, issue would be discussed in meeting.
The Scout leader said the Beavers was up and running and the first investment was on Sunday at 4. Scouts would begin 1st Oct on thurs evenings

ii/ Callow Cres from Junc with Callow Lane to No 26 road fails to drain and roadway flooded
iii/ Opposite Poulton Farm on a488 storm drain blocked any rain causes a flood
iiii/ School warning lights broken any chance of repair/replace
v/ overhanging tress on Horsebridge rd.
vi/ with the new development on Callow Lane (55 houses) has any thought been given to traffic managment to stop build up of traffic on Callow Cres
vii/ request for speed lights, there was a traffic item at the local LJC Thurs 10th Sept 7pm (Act Clerk)
T Bishton est of 120 supply and plant bulbs accepted. Path to school And Plox Green Gates

iii/ Discussion of issue with no consultation of approval of Full planning at Orchid Dr. Ongoing issues with build, fencing, boundaries etc what is happening with SSSI?
No provision for sports despite SAMDEV request. How are we supposed to fulfil SAMDEV if not through development (Act Clerk)
