1/ Open Forum

Clerk read report (3 asb, 1 RTC) PSCO advised of activities, re cars congregating, the use of a new power to disperse. There is a young citizen award. Summer has an increase in shed break ins, consider use of dna marking. NA asked about parking at school, we a known issue, head had written to parents

2/ Appointment of New Council

Clerk took control of meeting which retained GR as Chair. Nom PT Sec RJ
T Bebb was retained as Vice Chair Nom GR Sec PT

a) Square

New notice board installed A Yapp to be asked for invoice, notice required to approach B Bill for notices to be inserted. Bus shed painted by R Edwards Chair purchased paint, (Act Clerk)

b) Playing field
The BMX needs weed spraying. There may be an issue with the gate. Clerk to contact M Pugh(Act Clerk)

c) Street lights
1/ No 55 Horsebridge Rd out
2/ No 17 1 maple drive timing wrong
3/ Highway light by churns little Minsterley (Act Clerk)

d) Footpaths

e) Play areas
AP & NA to look at basic adjustments mentioned in report(Act NA&AP)
Lots of black bags of clothing around charity bin, D Price to be informed (Act Clerk)

7/ Shropshire Council

a) Highways

The road at bridge to toll house has been complained about, damage is that bad surface dressing will not suffice, Clerk to inf SC (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths

Minsterley Pontesbury still no dog fouling signage, clerk to ask J Salisbury for and note on website as P Hall has an issue also (Act Clerk)

8/ Planning.

15/01548/FUL - Swn Y Nant new entrance - approve with highways ok
15/01769/OUT new dwelling after demolition of workshop ask for committee outside boundary

9/ Agree 2015 accounts

All agreed the 2014/15 accounts and the activities of financial planning, value of assets increased as play equipment and parish gates had been added.
G Knowles was confirmed as the Internal Auditor

Bank statement to date noted by Chair 36.965.17. Pro GR agreed all. The refund of VAT had also to be added to balance above of 3532.73.

11/Youth provision

Letter from G Brown setting out position of LJC re youth provision. Possible new scouts group, and also judo club. Clerk to persue (Act Clerk)

12/ Corres

Sevenside walkabout 13th May, Invitation to Mayor parade, Rural Hub info.
