1/ Open Forum
Resident C Price asked that in view of the recent development applications the Council join in her concerns in respect of the infrastructure and in particular Drainage, Sewage, Highways and school capacity. S Reader had concerns over the clearing of gullies on the A488 & Callow Cres.
D Fairclough was unable to attend meeting but gave details of LJC changes and an outlook on the future of youth services. There was a discussion of same, TB raised concerns over the wisdom of passing youth services to Parishes via LJC. RJ noted that we had had a youth meeting and a skate park was wanted.

5/ Parish Property
a) Square
Clerk had contacted C Middle re installation of new board but did not have a delivery address. MD said it could be delivered to New Hse Farm (Act Clerk)
Bus stops are a bit tidier according to R Edwards.
MTRP water fountain, Clerk was asked to approach R Knight to see if by bridge in square was viable, Clerk said he would ask them to decide best place between out 2 options (Act Clerk)

b) Playing field
D Fairclough was unable to attend but will attend in Jan to develop a way forward on a skatepark. Football monies o/s Clerk to pursue.

c) Street lights
Maple Drive has been invoiced but not fixed.
34 Willow Dr, 3 & 8 Hawthorne rd to be passed to works team
Also the lights at Mullers have been adjusted and now shine directly into properties in Hawthorn Rd (Act Clerk)

d) Footpaths
The path behind the Mount is still overgrown. Rights of way state they are to clear as unable to contact landowner.
Oak Dr tree still overhanging path Sevenside to asked for date to rectify(Act Clerk)
Footpath sweep had been done to good effect.

e) Play areas
NA had installed 2 D rings purchased for o/s swings. He noticed glass and greenery at Callow Lane, Cleaner to be advised. The annual inspection was ordered.
Mr Swannick had asked if we would consider a defibrillator. There was a discussion at which it was decided more info was required. S Reader and Clerk to look into (Act Clerk)

6/ Shropshire Council
a) Highways
Western power distribution had looked at lines and said most ok but one needed replacing, recent energy cuts not due to these lines.
Mr Swannick had asked that we pursue 30 mph at Plox Green rd. Would a wider pathway help? Clerk to pursue with highways, Police (Act Clerk)

b) Footpaths
Minsterley Pontesbury path signage done
The leylandii at Mullers are still over the footpath and need cutting. (Act Clerk)

c) Flooding
D Edwards said Shrops Council will adopt warning system to be installed at Bridge Hotel development. Council did not think it would benefit the village as in wrong place
MD was unable to update the council on discussions re silt under bridge. He is trying to get S Council response (Act MD)

7/ Planning.

MD left meeting while Hall Farm discussed. Council agreed comments as stated by Clerk.
Discussion of education/school needs. Clerk to approach A Gittins and Education for information and ask them to meeting to find a way forward. (Act Clerk)

Discussion of budget requirements for 2015-16. GR proposed increase 500. NA proposed 1000. Voted 3 for first and 4 for 2nd so an 1000 increase to 17000.
